That part of the City of Viroqua north and west of a line commencing at a point where STH 56 enters the western border of the City of Viroqua, then east on STH 56 to Hillyer Avenue, then south on Hillyer Avenue to West Decker, then southeast on West Decker to Western Avenue, then north on Western Avenue to Gillette Street, then east on Gillette Street to Rock Avenue, then north on Rock Avenue to West Broadway, then east on West Broadway to Main Street, then north on Main Street and US Hwy 14 to the north border of the City of Viroqua (City of Viroqua Wards 1 & 2).
