All of the Town of Franklin; and that part of the Town of Viroqua west of a line commencing at the intersection of County Road NN with the south border of the Town of Viroqua, then north on County Road NN to the border of the City of Viroqua, then north, then west, then north along the border of the City of Viroqua to the intersection with STH 56, then west on STH 56 to the west border of the Town of Viroqua (Town of Viroqua Ward 4).
