All of the Town of Forest and that part of the Town of Union east and south of a line commencing at a point where STH 82 enters the west border of the Town of Union, then easterly on STH 82 to Morning Star Road, then north on Morning Star Road to Twin Ash Avenue, then north on Twin Ash Avenue to Warner Avenue, then northwesterly on Warner Avenue to the intersection with the north border of the Town of Union (Town of Union Ward 1).
